Australian Shipping

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of AU$9.50 for all orders within Australia. There is no delivery cost for orders over AU$60 within Australia.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to customers around the world. Shipping costs start at AU$20 and are determined based on the weight of your order. The total shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, so you can see the exact amount before completing your purchase.

Shipping times vary by country. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.

We know you want your purchase as soon as possible, so we always strive to ship within 24 hours. Orders placed before 2pm AEST Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays) will usually be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following work day.

We will deliver your products to the delivery address in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. If the order has already been processed, we may not be able to fulfil your request.

We recommend that your order is delivered to a secure location as once the package has been delievered to the correct location, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.  If you are concerned your package has been lost - please contact us as soon as possible. We will not consider any lost claims after 4 weeks from date of purchase. 

Once your package has left our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. It can take up to 24 hours before the tracking number becomes active and shows transit information. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact support for assistance. Please check your junk folder.

Currency and Payments

Please note that our website operates in Australian Dollars (AU$). All transactions will be shown in Australian Dollars during checkout. However, the charge to your bank account will be processed in the local currency of your payment method. The final charge will reflect the exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Duties and Taxes

International customers may be required to pay customs duties or taxes. Additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be included in the cost of your order. Blanc Sneak is not responsible for additional duties, taxes or customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. These charges are imposed by local governments and can vary between countries.
